In this workshop with Wellbeing Psychologist Kirsti Gwynn, you’ll learn doable strategies to feel and show up as your best self in motherhood. .

• A key shift to help quiet your mind and find some headspace amidst everything you need to do

• 4 realistic practices for less defiance and more cooperation from your kids, including how to keep your cool and set gentle but effective boundaries

• A fun sensory creative activity suitable for babies, toddlers and preschoolers

 

Join us for a fun morning of creativity and relaxation with like-minded mums!

Cost: £15 for 1 parent & child. Additional children £1.50 if you'd like each child to have their own set of creative materials.
