Book a free wellbeing call with me. We'll begin with a relaxed chat about your personal experience of motherhood, both the parts you love and those that feel challenging right now.


Then, I'll share a bit about 3 areas I've found to be key to your wellbeing as a mother:

  • Emotional Resilience


By the end of the call, you’ll have a greater understanding of the factors impacting your mental wellbeing  (including areas of strength!) and what areas to focus on to improve it.


You may feel that's all you need, or you may want to enrol in wellbeing coaching to improve your identified focus areas, so you can feel more relaxed and confident as a mum.


If you express interest in coaching, I’ll put together a couple options of coaching packages, designed around your wellbeing needs. Packages start £165.

Here are some of the areas mums usually choose to focus on in coaching:

  • Finding realistic ways to support your wellbeing with how all-consuming motherhood feels

  • Rediscovering yourself as a mum when you find yourself saying, "I don't know who I am anymore"

  • Transitioning into childcare: feeling less anxious and more confident having someone else take care of your child

  • Returning to work / dealing with the challenges of balancing work and family life

  • Emotional resilience for mums experiencing anxiety about their child's development or health

  • Staying calm with a strong-willed child, so you can feel proud of your parenting

  • Feeling relaxed and confident in your parenting, so you can stop questioning yourself and comparing to others and trust your instincts

  • Feeling disconnected from and resentful towards your partner


The wellbeing assessment call is 40-minutes long and takes place via Zoom.
