Say goodbye to “just getting to the end of the day”.

You deserve to look back on this time and know you were able to make the most of it.

  • Do you worry you’re losing yourself in being everything to everyone else?

  • Do you have the best intentions in your parenting, but then the overwhelm you feel gets in the way of being patient or present with your kids — and you go to bed feeling like you’re failing them?

  • Do you find yourself questioning whether you’re just too sensitive or anxious to be a good mum?

  • Do you feel like your partner doesn’t see all that you do?

  • Is resentment starting to affect your relationship, leaving you feeling disconnected and alone?

Your feelings make sense.

As much as you adore your children, modern motherhood is relentlessly demanding in a way you never anticipated.

You’re the kind of person who gives your all to everything you do, but if you approach this the same way you’ve always achieved things — prioritising productivity over presence, perfection over progress, and being highly critical of yourself when you don’t get it right — you will inevitably find yourself burning out.

But what if this could be the breakdown before the breakthrough that leads to you feeling more confident and at peace within yourself than ever before?

I help you build an inner support system stronger and deeper than any “self-care”, so that you can finally get out of survival mode, be the tender-hearted mum you always hoped to be without white-knuckling your way to calm, and one day look back on this intense but short-lived phase of life knowing that overwhelm didn’t steal your joy.

Hi, I’m Kirsti

I’m a proudly South African coaching psychologist and mum of two helping sensitive mums to feel more anchored amidst the chaos.

My coaching brings together skilled questioning designed to shift your perspective and increase your sense of choice, with the learning of realistic, evidence-based mindset and emotional regulation techniques you’ll have with you for life.

I hold a Masters in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London and use the tools I teach in my own motherhood every single day. I’m based in the beautiful city of Bath, UK.

  • “Working with Kirsti has been a significant pillar in my personal journey over the last 6 months - I feel I am more authentic, able to more quickly establish my true thoughts and feelings on things and own them. I have confronted some of the things that I have been avoiding whilst in the trenches of parenthood and regained confidence. This work has also significantly helped me manage anxiety and improve my leadership style. The combination of the tools Kirsti uses, positive psychology style, excellent questions and focus on me as a mother has really worked for me at this stage in my life. If you want to look at yourself as a person within the context of all the roles you fulfill in life (parent, member of staff, partner, family member) then Kirsti's approach really will support you.”

  • "I have done this type of work before but it felt much more effortless, effective, and joyful with Kirsti. In our sessions, I felt a sense of ease because of Kirsti’s ability to guide me with her gentle demeanor, positive energy, and her excellent ability to highlight and synthesize important findings. I left our sessions with a significantly greater sense of clarity and purpose."

    —Melissa

  • "Through the work we did together, I realised that I had been holding a bit of myself back out of fear of being judged. Kirsti skillfully coached me through this using a combination of insightful questions and personalised techniques. The change has been amazing. I really enjoyed our sessions. She encouraged me to explore my own thoughts and beliefs without any filters and it was liberating!"

    —Jane

  • "It felt like you really listened and really understood my feelings... I feel that I have more awareness of one of my most prominent thought/feeling patterns and more tools to choose a different way to respond."

    —Lucy

  • "I’m lucky enough to have 3 children and felt like I should have enough parenting experience to cope with tantrums and meltdowns but I found it hard to deal with challenging behaviour alongside the other children’s needs. Kirsti gave me some great advice and I feel more positive about how I can approach tantrum situations and remain calm."
